Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Organize, track, and follow up on business engagements and critical timelines.
Support strategic planning and project management initiatives as directed.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar executive support role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
